Airless. Built for painters who spray for a living.
Airless is a tight catalogue of trade airless spray gear. Sprayers, tips, hose, filters and the parts that keep them running, and nothing that doesn't earn its place on a job.
It's set up the way you work. Pick the job, the paint and the machine, and the site narrows it down: the sprayer that suits your crew, the tip that suits your coating, the exact part off Graco's own exploded drawing. No guesswork, no 400 page catalogue, no waiting on a callback to find out what fits.
Less time on the phone. More time spraying.
When a pump lets go mid job or a tip wears out on a Monday morning, you need the right part, fast, and you need to know it's actually on the shelf. Not a voicemail, not a "we'll check the warehouse and call you back", not a trip to the store to find out it's not there. So we put the answers where you can see them, any hour of the day: live stock on every product, what fits your machine, and when it'll land.
That's also why there's no phone line. We don't run a call centre, and every dollar a phone room costs ends up in the price you pay, so we'd rather put it back in your pocket. When you do need a person, email us and an experienced tech gets back to you with part numbers and links you can keep.
Who's behind it
Airless is the online only trade brand of GO Industrial, a Queensland equipment business founded in 2017 in Deception Bay, and an authorised Graco partner since that first year. GO sells, services and supports equipment for trades and industry across Australia. Airless takes the part of that we know best, airless spray, and puts it online for painters who'd rather be on the tools than on hold.
It's run, and built on every week, by GO co-founder Jacob Morgan. Jacob started out as a business graduate and marketer. Ten years in the industry turned him into something else. Every day was spent troubleshooting sprayers, working alongside trade painters and hearing the same problems with equipment: the wrong part sent, a tip that didn't suit the paint, a machine down for a week waiting on an answer. He's now a qualified painter himself, and Airless is built around those exact pain points.
Spraying runs in the family, too. Jacob's grandfather was laying paint with some of the first Graco airless units in the 1970s and 80s, and the respect for a well set up sprayer got passed down.
No one person is bigger than the business, though. Behind Jacob is GO's team of more than 50 specialists who sell, service and support these machines every day, and they pitch in whenever a job needs more than one set of hands. Their know-how is built into this site: our own guides, videos and in-house testing sit behind every category, filter and recommendation.
A real business, with real stock
Stock is checked every morning, so what the site says is what's on the shelf. Orders are packed and tracked, and you can collect from Deception Bay or, for paid orders, from our Derrimut, VIC warehouse. Every sprayer we sell is genuine Australian stock with the manufacturer's warranty, 12 months from date of sale, on top of your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If it's faulty or we sent the wrong thing, we cover reasonable return freight; for a change of mind, new and unused items in the original packaging (not cut hose) can come back within 30 days of delivery once we've said yes by email, with return freight on you and a restocking fee off the refund: 15% on items we keep in stock, 40% on special order items (see returns and warranty).
