Privacy policy

Airless Spray Equipment is a trading name of GO Industrial Pty Ltd, ABN 92 620 701 537. In this policy "we" and "us" means that business. We handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

  • Order details: what you bought, plus your name, email, phone and delivery and billing address. Business name and ABN if you give them.
  • Payment details: handled by our payment providers. We don't see or store your full card number.
  • Messages: emails, contact form messages and photos you send us.
  • Your sprayer: model, serial number and service history, if you tell us.
  • Site use: pages viewed, items added to cart, device and browser, collected with cookies and similar tools.

If you accept analytics cookies, Microsoft Clarity records how you use the site, such as clicks, scrolling and page views, so we can fix what isn't working. It masks what you type into forms and doesn't record payment details. Decline analytics cookies and it doesn't run.

Why we collect it

  • To take, ship and support your orders, including warranty and service.
  • To answer your questions and match the right part to your sprayer.
  • To set up and run trade accounts and quotes.
  • To send you emails you've signed up for. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the site working.
  • To meet our legal obligations, including tax records.

Who we share it with

We share only what each provider needs to do its job:

  • Shopify, which runs our store and checkout
  • Payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip and LeaseGo)
  • Freight carriers and warehouses that pick, pack and deliver your order
  • Klaviyo, which sends our emails
  • Analytics, email and advertising tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, Klaviyo, Microsoft Clarity)
  • Graco, Wagner or Titan, and their service agents, when a warranty claim or service job needs it

We don't sell your personal information.

Information sent overseas

Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States and Canada. We choose providers that protect personal information to a standard similar to the Australian Privacy Principles.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart, remember your settings, measure how the site is used and show you relevant ads on other sites. You can block or clear cookies in your browser. Some parts of the site, like the cart, won't work without them.

How we keep it safe

Your information is stored with the providers above, behind access controls. Only people who need it to do their job can see it. We keep it while you're a customer and for as long as the law requires after that, then delete or de-identify it.

See or fix your information

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. Email spray@airlessspray.com.au. We'll reply within 30 days.

Complaints

If you think we've mishandled your information, email spray@airlessspray.com.au and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
