Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from airlessspray.com.au. Airless Spray Equipment is a trading name of GO Industrial Pty Ltd, ABN 92 620 701 537. "We" and "us" means that business. "You" means the person or business buying.

1. Your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded.

2. Prices

  • Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
  • Freight is shown at checkout before you pay.
  • We check market prices every day, so prices can change. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.
  • If we list something at an obviously wrong price, we'll tell you before it ships and give you the choice to pay the right price or cancel for a full refund.

3. Orders and stock

  • Your order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. Until then we can cancel it, for example if an item can't be supplied, and refund you in full.
  • Graco stock is checked daily. Wagner and Titan stock and ETA are confirmed with the supplier after you order. If the ETA doesn't suit you, you can cancel for a full refund before dispatch.
  • We sell Australian 240V models only. We don't ship overseas.

4. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay (through Shopify Payments), PayPal, Afterpay, Zip, LeaseGo equipment finance and bank transfer (details on your quote or invoice). Afterpay, Zip and LeaseGo have their own terms and approval. All orders are paid up front. Bank transfer orders ship once the payment clears, and LeaseGo orders ship once finance is approved. We don't offer credit accounts. See trade accounts.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates. We'll tell you if something is running late.
  • Risk passes to you when the order is delivered. Ownership passes when we receive full payment.
  • Check sprayers before you sign. Note any damage on the driver's paperwork and email us photos within 24 hours of delivery, so we can claim it with the carrier. This doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Parts fit and advice

  • Parts diagrams, fit checks, tip charts and guides on this site come from the manufacturers' published data. Check part numbers against your sprayer's data plate and manual before you order or fit a part.
  • Thinning, pressure and tip advice is a starting point. Always follow the paint maker's data sheet.

8. Safety

Airless sprayers work at high pressure. Read the manual before use. Never point the handpiece at anyone or put your hand in front of the tip. Always follow the pressure relief procedure before cleaning, changing a tip or fixing a leak. An injection injury needs a hospital straight away, even if it looks minor.

9. Our liability

Apart from your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we're not liable for indirect loss, such as lost jobs or lost profit, to the extent the law allows. Where the law lets us limit our liability for goods not ordinarily bought for personal, domestic or household use, our liability is limited to replacing or repairing the goods, or paying the cost of doing so.

10. Your account and this site

  • Keep your login details safe. Tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
  • Content on this site, including our parts diagrams, is ours or used with permission. Don't copy it for commercial use without asking.
  • Graco, Wagner and Titan are trade marks of their owners. We sell their products as an authorised dealer.
