Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

These rights apply whether you buy for yourself or your business, for goods up to $100,000. Nothing on this page takes them away. The manufacturer's warranty below sits on top of them.

Something wrong with your order

1. Email spray@airlessspray.com.au with your order number, what's wrong and a photo or short video.
2. We reply with what happens next: a replacement part, a return or a service booking.
3. If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, we cover reasonable return freight.

Wrong part? Tell us before you fit it. A part that's been fitted, sprayed through or cut can be hard to send back if it was the right part for the sprayer you told us.

Change of mind

Bought the wrong thing or don't need it any more? You can send it back if it's still new.

• Ask first. Request a return from your account (sign in, open the order, then Request return), fill in the return request form below, or email us. Don't send anything back until we've said yes by email.
• Unused and clean. Not used, not sprayed, no paint in it, no damage, in the original packaging with all parts.
• Within 30 days of delivery.
• You pay return freight, and a restocking fee comes off the refund: 15% on items we keep in stock, and 40% on special order items (Graco items that are not an Australian stock line, which we order in from Graco for you).
• Not available on cut hose.

We check it when it lands. If it's been used or damaged, we'll send it back to you at your cost.

Manufacturer's warranty

Every sprayer we sell is genuine Australian stock and carries the manufacturer's warranty.

Keep your order email. It's your proof of purchase.

What wears out

Tips, packings, filters, seals and hoses wear with use. That's normal wear, not a fault. How fast depends on the paint, the pressure and how the sprayer is cleaned and stored. A worn tip lays a narrower fan and moves more paint. Swap it before it costs you a coat.

If your sprayer breaks

1. Email us the model, serial number and what it's doing. A short video helps.
2. We'll tell you if it's a part you can fit yourself, with the part number and diagram, or a job for a service agent.
3. For a service or repair, take it to an authorised service agent near you. They quote and repair it directly with you. See our service agents list.
4. Under warranty? Show the agent your order email as proof of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, within 5 business days of us receiving and checking the item. Your bank can take a few more days to show it.
