Questions

What do I do if a sprayer injects paint into my skin?

Treat it as a serious injury, even if it looks like a small cut. We've had customers inject paint by accident, and they could have been seriously injured if they hadn't taken it seriously. Graco's manuals put it plainly: "High-pressure fluid from gun, hose leaks, or ruptured components will pierce skin. This may look like just a cut, but it is a serious injury that can result in amputation. Get immediate surgical treatment." (Graco manual 3A6285M, page 3)

Go straight to a hospital emergency department. Tell them it is a high pressure injection injury, and take the paint's SDS (safety data sheet) with you so they know what went in.

To stop it happening, Graco says: "Engage trigger lock when not spraying." "Do not point gun at anyone or at any part of the body." "Do not stop or deflect leaks with your hand, body, glove, or rag." "Follow the Pressure Relief Procedure when you stop spraying and before cleaning, checking, or servicing equipment." More in our troubleshooting guide.

Why is there no phone number?

We're on it. We know what waiting on a callback does to your day, so we skipped the phone queue. Email spray@airlessspray.com.au and it lands straight on our phones, not in a ticket system. Most questions get answered within hours, often within minutes.

Is it genuine, with the full warranty?

Yes. Everything is genuine Graco Australian stock, covered by Graco's 12 month warranty. The product page shows the warranty for that model.

How do I know which part I need?

Open your sprayer's page, scroll to the parts diagram, tap the area, then the numbered part. Not sure? Email a photo of the part and the data plate.

How do you show stock?

Stock is checked each morning for Deception Bay, QLD and Derrimut, VIC. The product page shows availability at each warehouse. For items on order, check the page for an ETA or a note that we'll confirm it. Stock can change during the day.
