What freight costs

Freight depends on what you buy and where it's going. You see the exact rate before you pay, and the freight calculator on each product page and in the cart works it out the same way checkout does.

Parcels: every item under 10 kg

• $300 or more: $0 freight, anywhere in Australia.
• Under $300: $14.95 tracked.
• Under $300 to regional and remote areas: $24.95, which is the $14.95 plus a $10 top up. That covers Perth, Tasmania, the NT, regional and remote WA, central and north Queensland, and regional NSW, Victoria, Queensland and SA.

Heavy goods: any item of 10 kg or more

That's most sprayers, and some carts and accessories. Each heavy item pays one flat rate for the area it's going to:

• Sprayers from $1,500 to Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide metro: $0.
• Brisbane metro, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast: $55.
• Sydney metro, Central Coast, Newcastle, Illawarra and Canberra: $66.
• Melbourne metro and Geelong: $77.
• Adelaide metro, and regional NSW, Victoria, Queensland and SA: $88.
• Central and north Queensland: $104.50.
• Perth metro and Tasmania: $154.
• Northern Territory: $181.50.
• Regional and remote WA: $220.

Smaller items in the same order travel with the heavy goods at no extra charge. Two heavy items pay the rate twice, because they ship as two cartons or pallets. All prices include GST.

Standard tracked freight goes to every postcode. There's no express option at checkout.

When it leaves

• Graco in stock: leaves the warehouse in 1 to 2 business days.
• Graco parts we don't hold: we order them in from Graco for you. Each product page shows Graco's current ETA for that item, or says we'll confirm the ETA within 1 business day.
• Graco on order: the product page shows the date Graco Australia expects to ship it.
• Wagner and Titan: we confirm stock and an ETA with the supplier for every order and email you before dispatch. If the ETA doesn't work for you, you can cancel for a full refund before it ships.

Mixed carts ship together: if your order has in stock and ordered in items, the whole order ships once everything is ready.

Once it leaves, most orders arrive in 2 to 5 business days. Allow 4 to 7 for WA, Tasmania and the NT. These are estimates from the carrier, not a guarantee. We'll tell you straight away if something is running late.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email when your order ships. If your order ships in more than one box, you get a link for each.

Signing for it

Sprayers need a signature on delivery. Check the box before you sign. If the box is damaged, write it on the driver's paperwork before you sign. Then take photos and email us within 24 hours of delivery so we can claim it with the carrier.

Where we deliver

• Australia only. We don't ship overseas.
• Regional and remote postcodes, including WA, NT and Tasmania, can take longer to arrive. The freight price is set by area, as above.
• PO boxes and parcel lockers: email us before you order, as not every carrier delivers to them.

Click and collect

Pick your order up instead of waiting in for a truck. No unloading a pallet off the back of a delivery van. Choose Pickup at checkout and pick the warehouse.

Deception Bay QLD, any order. If we hold the item at Deception Bay it's ready for collection within the hour. Graco stock comes from our Derrimut, VIC warehouse, so if that's what your order needs it's usually ready in 3 to 5 days. Pickup is 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. We email you when it's ready, with the address. Please wait for that email before coming in, and bring it with you along with photo ID.

Derrimut, VIC, Graco orders. Collection is for paid orders only. Allow 3 to 4 hours after your order is confirmed for the warehouse to get it ready, and wait for your pickup confirmation email before coming in. Bring the email with you. This is a warehouse, not a showroom, and no payments can be taken on site. If anything in the order is on order from Graco, it's ready once it lands, and the pickup email tells you when.

Refuelling Solutions c/o Airless, orders of $1,000 or more. These are pickup points, not shops. There's no stock on the shelf and no counter to browse. We truck your order there from Victoria or Queensland, and that trip costs us the same for a tip as for a sprayer. So under $1,000, we'll deliver it to you instead. Graco stock travels from our Derrimut, VIC warehouse, so allow the time shown for each point. We email you when it's ready, with the address. Wait for that email, and bring it with you along with photo ID. Collection is for paid orders only, and no payments can be taken on site.

• Refuelling Solutions c/o Airless, Smithfield NSW: 21 Chifley Street, Smithfield NSW 2164. Usually ready in 2 to 4 days.
• Refuelling Solutions c/o Airless, Largs North SA: 30-32 Shipwright Road, Largs North SA 5016. Usually ready in 1 to 3 days.
• Refuelling Solutions c/o Airless, Rockingham WA: 15 Crompton Road, Rockingham WA 6168. Usually ready in 4 to 7 days.

Changing an order

Need to change the address or add an item? Reply to your order email as soon as you can. Once it has shipped we can't change the address.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and photos. We'll sort a replacement or refund with you. You don't need to deal with the carrier.
