Every price on this site is already trade price. You don't need an account or an ABN to get it. Whether you're starting your own painting business, an apprentice building your kit, an owner-operator or running crews across a big contracting business, we optimise our listings to look after you and your business.
Trade price for everyone
- The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden trade list and no price on application for stocked lines.
- Part numbers, tip sizes and compatibility are on every listing, so you can order the right part the first time.
- Loyalty rates take more off tips, parts and accessories the more you buy. See loyalty below.
Paying
All orders are paid up front at checkout. We don't offer credit accounts or payment terms.

- LeaseGo equipment finance for sprayers
- Bank transfer to our business account. The details are on your quote or invoice email. Bank transfer orders ship once the payment clears.
Afterpay, Zip and LeaseGo have their own terms and approval.
Quotes for bulk and crew orders
Buying for a crew, a fleet or a big job? Send us your list and we send back a written quote you can pay online. No account needed.
- Email spray@airlessspray.com.au with what you need: part numbers, sprayer models, quantities and your delivery postcode.
- Not sure of the part number? Send the sprayer model and serial number, or a photo of the data plate and the part.
- We reply with a quote showing the price, freight and stock or ETA for each line.
- Pay by the link in the quote email, or by bank transfer. Add your PO number before you pay and it goes on the tax invoice.
Quotes are held for 30 days. Stock isn't held until you pay.
Loyalty
Create an account and you're in. Everything you spend counts toward your tier, sprayers included. Your rate comes off loyalty-eligible tips, parts and accessories at checkout.

- Every tier gets early access to new stock and sale events.
- Crew and Contractor quotes go to the front of the queue.
- Loyalty rates don't apply to sprayers or to emailed quotes, and they don't combine with other discount codes.
- Eligible products say so on the product page. Log in before you check out and your rate is applied in the cart.
Trade account
A trade account is your customer account with your ABN added. No minimum spend.
- Tax invoices with your ABN and PO number on every order
- Order history and reorders from your account
- Your sprayers on file, so parts are matched to your fleet
- Your loyalty tier and rate, same as every member
Who it's for
Anyone in Australia with an active ABN: painting contractors, owner-operators, small crews, large contracting businesses, building and maintenance businesses, councils and facilities teams. No ABN yet? Make a normal account and you still get loyalty rates.
How to apply
Use the application form at the end of this page, or email spray@airlessspray.com.au with:
- Business name and ABN
- Main contact, email and mobile
- Delivery address
- Sprayers you run (brand and model)
- Accounts contact for invoices, if different
We check your ABN and reply by email within 2 business days.
Common questions
Do I need an account to get trade price?
No. Every price on the site is already trade price. An account adds loyalty rates, order history and your ABN on invoices.
Do I need an account to get a quote?
No. Anyone can get an email quote.
Can I get 30 day terms?
No. Every order is paid up front, by card, wallet, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip, LeaseGo or bank transfer. If cash flow is tight on a sprayer, LeaseGo finance or Afterpay and Zip can spread the cost.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes, on any order. Our bank details come on your quote or invoice email. The order ships once the payment clears.
Can you deliver to site?
Yes, to any Australian street address. Tell us the site contact and any delivery hours in the quote request.
Is there a phone number?
No. We work by email so every quote, part number and order is written down. A person answers every email in business hours.
