How to read the code.

First digit × 2
Fan width in inches at about 30 cm from the surface.
Last two digits
Orifice in thousandths of an inch. The hole sets how much paint comes out.

Same last two digits, same hole and the same paint out. A bigger first digit spreads it over a wider fan, so each pass lays a thinner coat.

The detail.

Pick your size below. The size code tells you the spray pattern: the last two digits are the orifice in thousandths of an inch, and the digits before them, doubled, give the fan width in inches at 12 in from the surface. So 210 is a 4 in fan with a .010 orifice.

Fits guard: RAC X HandTite tip guard 246215 (7/8 in thread).

Seals: 17P501 (LP OneSeal) or 17P502 (LP solvent seal).

Fits: any airless sprayer whose max tip is the same size as the tip's orifice or bigger.
